Going to Sharm El Sheikh.....?

Hello everyone,
I am going to Sharm the end of March for about 8 days and I would like to know few things.
1)How much money should/can I bring in cash?
2)How does the people or culture react to foreigners with locals?
3)Top two thing I have to go,see or do.
4)What is the weather like then?
5)credit cards vs. cash?
6)Any Holidays I should be prepared for?
Oh yeah, I was wondering because I have never flown international. Is the airport in Sharm hard to navigate as far as getting my visa and customs? Or is it idiot proof...lol?

1) you get alot of bang for your buck. currently 300 us will give you 1662 EL so you don't have to bring much cash on you, just whatever you might need when you arrive. the rest can be gotten from cash machines

2) occasionally there are the workers with the 1000 mile stare that look like they'd just as soon see you dead.. but its a huge tourist location nobody is from there except a few waiters and dive masters.. its sababa!

3) well top thing is scuba/snorkeling. sharm is rated #2 in the world only after the Great Barrier Reef in Australia

4) warm enough. i was just in the area 2 months ago and while its snowing in Jerusalem its warm enough to jump in the water (with a second of maybe cold thats it).

5) cash. just use your debit card at the atm. thats wise

6) ummm, I don't think they got much goin on there. If you are in the area at that week Israel has Purim goin on which would be fun to check out.. also Pasach might be starting around then so you might expect more crowded areas during that period (everyone goes there to celebrate the jews leaving there, its ironic.. but its when the season kicks in).
