Have they begun the construction of the Santiago Light Rail?

No and because the President lives in Santo Domingo there will not be a light rail in Santiago because it does nothing for him or his legacy!

We have a thief for a President (WHAT ELSE IS NEW) and the only reason a Metro is being built in Santo Domingo is for him to skim and to have a Legacy when he is finished!

He robbed Health Education and Welfare to build this Metro and there is a LOT of money being skimmed off the project so he will benefit in 2 ways!
