You can fly to Cape Verde from London's Stansted airport on TACV Cabo Verde Airlines and then connect on their flight to Bissau. That should be the cheapest way to fly there. Otherwise, you will have to fly to Lisbon and connect with TAP Air Portugal's direct flight to Bissau. TAP is a better airline, therefore it is a bit more expensive
