How many Turks live in EU member States any estimates ?

For all the really clever and funny people that reply Too Many, I just thought I would steal your thunder and suggest I have heard it all before and worse, so don't waste your own time.

I want to know the estimate of numbers of Turks living in EU member States.
Well, I don't know the exact number for whole Europe, but here in France there are approximately 400 000 Turks (especially in Paris,Strasbourg and Lyon).
Of course the largest turkish population is obviously in Gemany. They are probably around 3 million people there.
In the UK, there must be also more or less 400 000 Turks too.
There are also some turkish communities in Belgium,Netherlands,Switzerland,Austria and the Nordic countries.
Not to mention the Turks of Western Thrace, who are actually Greek citizens.

I assume that our total demography in EU is around 5 million Turks. Which means that 7% out of the Turkish citizens are living in the European Union.
