since i have to attend marriage at mattapalli i want to know the transportation between chennai and mattapalli.is magalagiri is situated near vijayawada nad how to get in there from mattapalli. thanks Mattapalli is situated on the banks of river Krishna, in Huzurnagar taluq of Nalgonda District in Andhra Pradesh, India The nearest town is Huzurnagar which is 25km away. Huzurnagar can be approached from Kodad or Miryalaguda. Kodad is on the Vijayawada - Hyderabad Highway and is 15km from Huzurnagar. Kodada 100km from Vijayawada. from chennai to vijaywada by train and then To reach mattapalli you have to reach Kodad by bus from vijaywada which is 100 k.m and from Kodad you have to go to Huzurnagar which is 15 k.m. from Kodad.and from there you have to catch a bus to mattapali which is 25 k.m from huzurnagar. sorry dear you have no other option as you have to change at least 3 bus to reach mattapali. this place is also very famous for Lord Sri LakshmiNarasimhan temple do not miss to see this temple as it is very old temple
