Prague or St Petersburg? Vienna or Slovenia?

Need to decide between these for my next trip on a limited time frame.
Any other suggestions also welcome.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Slovenia for anyone! I spent a fab week in Portoroz (and visited Ljubljana & Bled) in the summer of 2007, and lost my heart for Slovenia!! Clean, not too crowded, lots of mountains & hiking places in the north (Bled) and lots of beaches, sunshine and warm weather in the south (by the Adriatic coastline, especially in Portoroz), very friendly people, cheap country, etc. I just do not get it why people still think Slovenia being a poor country when it clearly is NOT!
