Puerto Rico Vacation advice PLEASE???

My best friend is getting married and I am her maid of honor. She wants to have her Bachorlorette Party in Puerto Rico, but I have never been there. So i need advice on what part to visit and what Resorts to stay in. We want a beach and "some" nightlife... doesn't have to be too crazy. She really just wants to relax on the beach and go dancing at night. But where we stay is important, because the Resort/Hotel MUST be nice!

If you're looking for beach, nightlife, and relaxation I would reccomend you to stay in San Juan (the capital city), specifically in the zone of Condado or Isla Verde. In these 2 coastal and fancy neighborhoods you have lots of hotels, restaurants, clubs, bars, casinos, beaches, and shops. Also you can take a taxi or bus to Old San Juan and Plaza Las Americas (Huge shopping center) from here. As for hotels in these zones (in order from luxurious to good; all are pretty good)

In Condado: La Concha Hotel & Casino, Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino, Marriott Hotel & Casino, Radisson Ambassador Plaza Hotel & Casino, Best Western Hotel Pierre, At Wind Chimes Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Coral Princess Inn.

In Isla Verde: San Juan Hotel & Casino, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Spa & Casino InterContinental Resort & Casino, San Juan Water & Beach Club Hotel, Embassy Suites Hotel & Casino, ESJTowers, Hampton Inn & Suites, Howard Johnson, Holiday Inn.

I personally prefer Condado, because I live there and it offers more restaurants, shops, better quality of living. But Isla Verde has cleaner beaches, more hotels, although some hotels are near to the airport and some tourists complain about the noise.
