What are the chances to get a job in UK for a M.Sc B.Ed. 31 year old who is woking in Call Center.?
I assume you are non-EU (otherwise you would probably not be working in a call center asking this, and because in the UK we spell it centre not center)
Anyway it is not going to be the answer you want but in principle it is going to be difficult to get this visa to work that you want.
As you may know, immigration is a "hot" issue and the rules & regulations are getting ever tighter. Britain is part of the EU and has agreed in principle (with 2 exceptions) to allow all EU members to move to & work freely and hence have already faced a massive influx from Eastern Europe in the past year or so.
Therefore non-EU migrants must possess a skill which cannot be supplied by the domestic & EU market. There is a highly skilled migrant program but you must possess fluent English (especially for teaching I would say) and be on a GBP 40k salary - (doubtful you are on this if working in a call centre) in the last couple of weeks the UK has introduced this points system - you can read more here
The only other viable option would be to obtain a job in your local country which has a branch in Europe and then get a transfer (whereby the company sponsers you to do this) but this also is not a easy process and most employers will not want the hassle of doing this unless you are highly in demand I assume you are non-EU (otherwise you would probably not be working in a call center asking this, and because in the UK we spell it centre not center)
