What r the best things to do at Cinque Terre, Florence and Rome in June?

We will be traveling to Italy in the 2nd week of June. Any suggestions of must things to do in Cinque Terre, Florence and Rome? We will probably spend 2-3 days in each city. We are not going with a tour so we will plan our own schedule. One of the things we want to do is wine tasting at a winery. Any suggestions of a good one?

Cinque Terre are beautiful, the sea is blue. One of the cinque terre is Monterosso, the most important and beautiful.
