When flying over Atlantic Ocean....?

How come it seems that there are so many rockets? I've seen like, I don't know, 8. But I could be wrong. Just saying why are there so many when flying over Atlantic Ocean?
They aren't rockets. What you are seeing are called contrails. Contrails are essentially evaporated water (clouds) passing over the wings and passing through the engines of airplanes and condensating back into water to become what you see as long trails.
